Easy Instructions to Renew Your Treadmill
- Ensure the treadmill is unplugged from its power source. Unscrew the cap, and attach the easy applicator to the bottle. Remove any seals to ensure smooth flow of the lubricant.
- Raise the treadmill belt from one side, and slide the applicator in as much as possible while gently squeezing the bottle at the same time. This will leave a steady stream of the lubricant under the belt.
- Repeat the process on the other side.
Easily Applied Tip
Clean the treadmill between the belt and the deck to ensure the surface is dust / dirt /debris free. Do this by running a dry cloth between the two surfaces to remove all dry particles.

My wife’s new treadmill has a regular recommended lubing routine, however it only came with a 20ml sample bottle which was an awful little tub with a tiny super-glue-tube style spout which made it really awkward to evenly distribute a line of the lubricant across the full width of the underside of the belt without totally dismantling the tensioner. This bulk-value sized bottle has a really long flexible hose and makes getting the lubricant under the belt a total breeze, so this makes carrying out the regular maintenance a much less daunting task because we can now do it without having to really adjust all the tension settings. This is an expensive bottle, but you get a massive volume for your money, and even using 10ml or so for every 25hours continuous use, this is going to last a seriously long time – the equivalent over almost 80 days non-stop treadmill use without stopping to eat sleep or drink by my calculation – so this is actually really good value.

Oh what a difference using this TR10 silicone treadmill lubricating oil makes to my treadmill! We’ve been putting up with a really annoying squeak for ages, not realising the damage that was being caused by the moving parts needing a silicone oil like this one. My hubby had a look at the instructions that came with my treadmill as to how to oil the moving parts underneath the belt you run on (never get it on the running part, (you’d probably move faster than you ever expected but not on the treadmill for long!) There are also generic instructions on the box with this bottle. The bottle is a huge 750ml of clear oil that comes with a controllable dispenser, it’s very easy to use and now I know I how to treat the squeak, I will apply the oil regularly. It’s a good quality oil I recommend, although initially pricey, but it will last ages and when you think of how expensive running machines are, it’s a worthwhile expense. We have our treadmill for 3 years now and if you are a treadmill user you know that you have to lubricate your treadmill atleast every 3 months so the belt will not become brittle to prevent the treadmill breaking down. We prefer using silicone oil I think it does last longer than other type of lubricant , that is why Im so happy when I was given a chance to review this product. This is a very good product it is odor free and non toxic, so I don’t have to worry being put off by the smell while working out or the odour lingering in the room and if our dog accidentally lick the excess product after application. I love and appreciate the applicator, that’s included in this item, it gives a precise, easy and mess free application. This is more expensive than other lubricating silicone, but with the amount that you will get and the good quality of this product for me this is worth it.

This is listed for use with a treadmill but I wanted a good quality silicone oil for use on several different mechanical systems including my car which had a noisy alternator among other things.
With this I simply squirted a small amount on to the area that the noise was coming from and within seconds the noise stopped. On my car it has now been two weeks and the noise hasn’t come back.
I have also used a little of this on my 3D printers to help the Z screw work more evenly and smoothly, I poured a small amount of the oil into a pot and using a cloth I just rubbed the oil into the Z screw and left it a short time before refitting to the printer. Now the Z axis on my printers is so much smoother than before.
This oil really can be used for so many more things and with this quantity it will last a very long time.

After going through 2 treadmill breakdowns, I soon realised that they needed maintenance just like cars. My most recent treadmill came with a very small bottle of oil, But nowhere near enough for me to maintain it for a number of years.
This giant bottle of lubricating oil is ideal as its very generous in size, Giving me enough oil to keep my exercise machine maintained for several years.
Obviously each machine is different, So make sure to research your model and how it needs to be lubricated and maintained. Mine had a spout built in on the front, But others may have a different set up.

The lubricant came well packaged in a very strong box to keep it safe. It says designed for treadmill belt, but because it is lubricant, but can be used on other machines that required lubrication. For instance I applied in on my wife’s sewing machine and my treadmill and I have no issue with it.
It keep it cool and less noisy compared to how it use to be in the past.
It has a special long nozzle that makes it easy to apply to your machine. It may appeared expensive to you buy you get what you pay for that it the fact.
This is excellent and I do recommend it.

This is a rather large bottle of lubricating gel.
Previously I just had a small sachet of lubrication that I received with my running machine and I’ve been sparingly using it but I ran out a while back and the tell tale squeaking and dragging noises were starting to return.
It was very easy to apply the gel and having so much means I was able to do a proper job lubricating my machine.
It’s now working at top condition again.
This will keep my machine healthy and running for longer as I can maintain it more frequently and more liberally.

I used to have a treadmill a few years back. Because I had one I bought some treadmill silicone lube. And then I realised just how many different uses this stuff has around the house.
I don’t even have a treadmill anymore, but I still always keep some silicone in stock. I use it on my 3D Printer, I use it on tight fitting ABS assemblies, I use it all over the place.
The only warning, and this isn’t a fault of the product – just a general observation, don’t spill this stuff. Its a bit of a mare to clean up and slippery as heck.

I don’t wanna have to think about buying lubricant for our treadmill often, so a big bottle like this is ideal. It comes with a long applicator that is easy to slide under the belt. The lube flows freely and, as advertised, it has no discernible colour or smell. In terms of performance, I haven’t noticed any difference between this oil and the little bottle I got with the treadmill.
Overall, it’s a good value bottle of a substance that is definitely best bought in bulk.

This lubrication gel for sports equipment is very high quality at a good price, and with the applicator it is really easy to apply with no mess at all. I am pleased to see with such a product that a lot of thought has gone into the sustainability of the ingredients – there are no damaging additives or toxins. Furthermore, there is no odour whatsoever which really surprised me. Using this lube will protect and extend the life of your equipment. An excellent product.

I bought a used treadmill that made a lot of noise, a salesman recommended oil it. I ordered a little bottle, but it was only good for one application. As me and my husband both running a lot of miles per week so it’s wiser to order a large bottle because it is cheaper and more economical.
This oil made the belt run smoothly and made it a little less noisy. I didn’t know that treadmills are supposed to be oiled but now we oil ours regularly.

Oil lubricant arrived in clear bag together with slim nozzle, all in strong box. This old is specifically designed for threadmeal belt but I think it also will work for hair cut machines, sewing machine and many more. Oil is easy to dispense thanks to special long nozzle but special care is required when lubricating it.
750ml bottle will last for long time. Oil is very good quality, does good job. It’s a bit expensive though.
