TR10 Pro™ Delivery.
We offer free delivery on all our products! Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We strive to deliver fast and free to ensure you receive the product as quickly as possible.
Please be aware that once we have received an order, we are unable to modify the delivery address.
Unfortunately, we are currently only shipping within the United Kingdom. Any order received from outside the United Kingdom will be canceled and refunded.
Order Processing Time
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being received. Orders placed on the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched the next business day closed to the order date.
Once you have placed an order and it has been dispatched the order status will update and you will be notified that it has been completed.
Have not Received Your Order?
If you haven’t received an order, please contact us and provide your order number. We will get back to you with an update within 48 hours.
TR10 Pro™ Returns Policy.
General and defective returns are accepted for all purchases from TR10 Pro™. We accept general returns within 30 days of the order date and defective returns within 40 days of the order date.
All products come with a 12 month guarantee as we believe customer service is key to a successful business.
For a general return the product must meet the following:
- Return requested within 30 days of purchase date.
- The product must be in resalable condition (Free from scratches/defects).
- The product must be in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
- The product must not be missing any items.
For a defective return the product must meet the following:
- Return requested within 40 days of purchase date.
- The product must have a defect that hinders its usability for the purpose it was designed/manufactured.
- Once a request has been made to return a defective product, we will always offer you a replacement or a full refund.
