Silicone Based Lubricant
It is a synthetic lubricant made with pure silicone, non-oil-based formula that offers uninterrupted and smooth operations. Unlike the traditional lubricant, it is suitable for all treadmills that restrict petroleum and oil-based lubrication that can be applied to belts and motors.
Silent Operation
It not only expands life but adds smoothness and silent operation to your treadmill. The thick lubricant helps to reduce noise while enhancing the motor’s activity. It reduces friction and eliminates belt hesitation thereby increasing the performance of the overall machinery.
Non-Toxic and compatible
It does not contain any harmful or irritating chemical derivatives. It is safe to use, non-toxic and non-reactive to the skin. TR10Pro Treadmill Silicone Oil Lubricant is based on silicone and thick lubricants; it is leakproof and odorless so experience the difference just after its first application.

We’ve had our Proform Pro 2000 treadmill for exactly a year now. Although we got a great deal on it, it was still an expensive purchase. And, with the year we’ve just had and likely to see happen again, the treadmill has seen an awful lot of use. Between my wife and I, and even our border collie, it’s racked up well over a thousand miles in 12 months.
Perhaps foolishly, I haven’t until recently performed any real maintenance on it. That has been rectified by the application of some of this TR10 silicone treadmill lubricant.
You get a 250ml bottle of lubricant, a flexible applicator tube, a screw on cap to attach the applicator to and a little piece of plastic which I thought at first was some kind of applicator tool but I think it’s actually for piercing the top of the screw on cap. Before use you need to pierce the top of that screw cap (the bottle has a seperate screw on cap when not in use so lubricant doesn’t escape). I ignored the plastic tool and used my power drill with a 3mm bit as it happened to be to hand. You then push the applicator tube over the nozzle and you’re ready to go.
The applicator tube is flexible. This might be good for fiddly applications but in truth with a treadmill you’d be better with a rigid tube as you’re pushing it between the belt and the running platform and can’t see where the nozzle ends up. I would have preferred the applicator to also have been another inch or two longer. It didn’t quite reach the centre of the treadmill, but it wasn’t far off.
The lubricant itself seems pretty good quality and applied easily. You push the nozzle under the treadmill belt and squeeze the bottle. It doesn’t say in the instructions but the recommended method of applying the lubricant is to zig-zag up the treadmill, then rotate the belt around and apply again. Do this until you’re happy that you’ve covered as much of the underside of the running belt as possible.
Having fully lubed up the treadmill I’d used only a small amount of the lubricant. I think I’ll be good for 5 or 6 services from the 250ml bottle.
Overall then, it’s a good quality and good value product to help prolong the life of a very expensive device. I would just prefer to see a longer, rigid applicator tube…but

It’s a useful product. Previously I’ve used silicone grease to smear under the treadmill belt, but it was never very effective because it’s too thick.
This silicone liquid is just viscose enough to pour, squeeze out of the tube and spread effectively between the bottom of the belt and the support platform that it sits on. This is a bit of a hidden area as the belt covers it at all times, but it can cause a lot of friction that ultimately leads to belt wear and tear.
The liquid silicone is thicker than the usual spray and therefore sticks better to the underside of the belt to create a smooth surface and reduce friction.
I’ve used on my treadmill and it has made a significant difference to the running noise and it just overall seems much smoother. The silicone will also be good for other items in the Gym, such as the joint arms of a cross trainer that often get dry and noisy. In fact any moving part between metal, plastic or rubber materials. The silicon is very slippery… surprise! so make sure you keep it clear of items that should NOT be slippery like the top of the treadmill belt, handles, ropes, pulleys and cords in the gym. Only on bearings of pulleys.
I’ll probably use this in my workshop also, it’s a useful type of silicone lubricant that sits between the thin spray variety and the tube of grease. Very useful. Make sure to put the top on tight afterwards, as it will leak and seep otherwise. Good stuff, recommended.!

What a great idea (probably been around for sometime But never thought about it before)
Our treadmill cost us a pretty penny and it never dawned on us to lubricant the belt to lengthen the life.
We keep our running machine in our workshop Which is open to lots of different environments from dust to spiders cold and hot temps .etc
Application
It’s take a while to do the first lubricant but once you have done it once it’s a piece of cake so now it on my todo list every week ( as we all use the runner and the manufacturer recommends lubricant the belt every 25 hrs of use or every three months )👍
The instructions on the box are very clear and I was amazed at the dirt and rubbish that first came out when I just wiped between the belt and deck.🤔☹️
The hardest part is raising the treadmill one side so the lubricant flows down but once you get the knack it’s easy.
The bottle and applicator I easy to put together and use.👌🏼
Can’t believe how much better the treadmill feels after a couple of treatments 👍👍 this way I am extending the life of our treadmill 🤓🤓🤓🤓🤓

We dont have a treadmill in the house all that long ,though it is not a new model and I would hope it will last us a long time, especially as these are quite expensive. This oil is simple to apply under the belt. The 250ml bottle should do for quite a applications.Thankfully there is no chemical scent living on after use and the non toxic consistency likely helps with that.As different treadmills typically require different oil types it was a relief that this one covers a wide range of belt and motor types – it seems to have agreed well with ours and it is working just as well as before application. I would recommend this as versatile and easy to apply solution to maintain an ageing treadmill. For the long term, this should a good alternative to the original maintainance lubricant that comes with treadmills out of the box,and the value of this should be focused on the general maintenance benefits to prevent motor and belt issues overtime and regular use.

I’ve always hated oiling our treadmill and I usually put off doing it because it’s so awkward to lift the belt and get right under it with the little bottle of oil I have. This makes it so much easier!
Firstly, it comes with a little plastic hook thing to help lift the belt – such a simple thing but it really helps and makes getting under the belt in the first place a doddle.
Next, the applicator. It’s a soft tube that’s just right to reach the middle of the running deck. Push it under and squeeze the bottle gently while you pull it back out. Repeat for the other side and it’s done.
I have no idea how to judge the quality of the actual oil but it certainly appears to be OK – looks much the same as any other silicone oil to be honest and I’ve no doubt it’ll do the job perfectly. There’s plenty of it in the bottle to last a good long while.

The silicone lubricant in this bottle has a viscosity similar to that of a good hand gel. This means that it stays pretty much on any surface you apply it to. Sure it runs down vertical faces but generally it stays put.
In the box you get a clear tube and a nozzle. You simply apply the nozzle to the bottle, remove its cap and put the tube on (removing the two black end pieces first). You’ve then got an 8″ tube from which to apply the lubricant. Gently squeezing the bottle and pouring it allows it to come out (quite fast actually, so be sparing).
I’ve used this on my weights machine and it does a much better job at lubricating the pulleys and cords than a spray does. I should think on a running machine it would be just as excellent. It really is very slippery when applied.
Instructions say to apply every 24 hours of continuous use or every 3 months, whatever comes first.

This is great stuff we have had an electric treadmill for a couple of years and never used oil.
Consequently it was getting a bit squeaky and the belt wasn’t moving one hundred percent smoothly like it was when brand new. This oil has given it the tune up it needed and now it is running perfectly again.
This product will hopefully extend the overall life of the treadmill for years to come so is definitely worth the price, especially since our treadmill is getting so much more use now that the gymns keep closing.
I hope you find this helpful.

Having ignored oiling my treadmill for a while, i’d gotten used to the sound it made, the whirring round sound. I put a few dabs of this oil on one side, and a couple of drops on the other, started it up, and thought i’d broken something, as the noise was different. as the oil was displaced further across the rollers, the whole thing just sounded better – like it wasn’t grinding anymore. Only used a drop, so this will last. Great!

This is the Miller size of this lubricant for treadmill, but it isna lubricant which can aswell be used to lubricate any machine that requires lubrication.
I earlier Got the bigger one which as been excellent hence then prompted me to get this one too.
This is a high Quality brand that performa excellently well on my treadmill as well as my wife’s sewing machine.
This is highly recommendable and you can never get it wrong.

Silicone is a fundamentally different kind of lubricant from oil. Non-toxic, non-smelling, and it doesn’t stain things in the same way. Although this lubricant is specified for treadmills, you can use it on basically anything that prefers silicone. The only downside of this particular bottle is, though it comes with a couple of useful applicators, you can’t leave them on—you have to put the cap back on.

I mean, honestly, do I look like I have a treadmill?.. Of course not, But I have found another use for this product..
Try using it on squeaky UPVC doors and windows, I tried WD40 which was OK but this is far better!
Mind you at this price Its a bit too pricey for squeaky doors etc!

Used this on the elliptical machine and some door hinges that were spooky sounding. Works great! Smooth as butter.

Das Produkt erfüllt genau meine Erwartungen. Besonders gut finde ich, dass mit der Verlängerung das Silikon sofort aufgetragen werden kann und das Laufband nicht gelockert und danach mühsam wieder einjustiert werden muss.

This is quite easy to use and isn’t messy. It helped my treadmill stop being so squeaky I can’t really complain.
